How to Apply Step 1: Fill out the application by clicking the "Sign-Up Today" link below. Step 2: Your application will be reviewed, and you may be contacted for further information. Step 3: If you are selected to participate in this years class you will receive a phone call and a welcome packet. If you are not selected, you will also receive a phone call with additional information. Your application will then remain on file for possible participation in upcoming classes unless you note otherwise.  There is a program fee of $1,850.00. This fee will include your membership in the program as well as all dinners and events.  Payment is due prior to the Kick-Off event. *All applications for this years class must be received by August 17, 2007
